K-12 Registration

To Register for Current or Upcoming School Year:

**As outlined in** [**Policy JFBB**](http://go.boarddocs.com/co/rfsd/Board.nsf/goto?open\&id=CRR57W0EEB95)**, term descriptions are:**

*   **Registration**: to complete the online application through the district website.
*   **Processed**: To review the application materials and ensure it is complete. Students are added to an Enrollment Tracker for school Registrars and Administration
*   **Approved**: To confirm the application materials have been completed correctly. Approved does not mean enrolled in the school. Information on the application, at the time of approval, is transferred to Infinite Campus. Enrolled: Confirmed seat placement in the requested school. 
*   **Enrollment** is completed by the school Registrar after a registration is processed.


Clarification of terms

Parents/guardians should have ready the following:

1.  A copy of their child's birth certificate

2.  A copy of their child’s immunization records

3.  Proof of address (recent utility bill, copy of a rental lease, etc)


What to Bring to enroll my child?

Universal Preschool (UPK) Colorado allows families of children in the year before they are eligible for kindergarten up to 30 hours of free pre-school, and Three-year-olds with qualifying factors are eligible for part-time (up to 10 hours) of preschool programming.
