It is the policy of Roaring Fork Schools to extend the use of its buildings and grounds to the community they serve. While Roaring Fork Schools facilities are community assets, the primary users of our buildings are first and foremost our students and staff. Community groups shall be encouraged to use school facilities when such uses will not interfere with school programs, and especially when those purposes align with our district’s mission and strategic goals. The purpose of this policy is to be clear and transparent in how facilities use is prioritized and approved.
To rent a room or meeting space in one of our schools, please contact that school directly.
If you’re not sure which of our buildings would best meet your needs, contact our office manager at 970.384.6004.
